Located at the base of Telluride’s treasured Bear Creek Reserve, this three-townhome project underwent a thorough design and highly monitored construction process that began in 2015. The three consequential lots are located at the base of the Trust for Public Land (TPL) preserve and were created and sold by that entity to a local developer. In turn, the development of the lots helped complete the TPL’s goal to keep the 120-parcel above it as designated open space forever. With Finbro’s careful stewardship and skill managing projects in a sensitive impact area in our home town, the 16,500 s.f. project quickly became a success.
Each of the 5,000+ s.f. units, designed by E Cummings Architect, were immediately in high-demand and all three units were sold pre-completion. Construction was completed in 2017 and the units sold for between $5.3 and $5.7 million apiece.
