The Creekside Project consisted of four townhomes located just off Telluride’s main street, facing Cornet Creek.

Designed by Jack Wesson Architects, the high-end three-bedroom townhomes were completed in 2010 and were then listed and sold for between $1.65 and $1.87 million.
