Located in a Historic Residential Zone District one block north of Telluride’s main street, this project consists of two single-family homes built simultaneously. Designed by Tommy Hein Architects, the two residences total approximately 6,500 s.f. including barnwood outbuildings along the alley.

The three-bedroom residences were completed in 2019, and were then listed by Telluride Real Estate Corp. for approximately $4.7 million each.
