Consisting of 14 log buildings and 34 units, with over 65,000 s.f. of construction, Villas at Tristant is a luxury multi-unit townhome project in Mountain Village.

Finbro Construction took over this project in March 2007, completing the remainder of the construction that consisted primarily of foundations and partial log stacks. Finbro then implemented a critical recovery plan and restructured the job site culture to get Phase 2 on track, completing the second phase in just 18 months. 

For the next phase of the project, Townhomes on the Creek, Finbro redesigned a dramatic upgrade to the interior floor plans, as well as the finish specifications, plumbing and electrical package for this phase. Finbro also hired and worked with a civil engineer to redesign all of the project’s infrastructure and ski access, building a ski trail and a bridge to provide ski -in/out access and complement the funicular lift. This phase of the project was not only significantly upgraded, it was delivered for $365.00 per s.f. in 24 months while working through a record-breaking winter.
