The Town’s Edge Project on Telluride's main street included two historic remodels and two new structures, as well as all the infrastructure to support the four buildings and two sheds. The project was designed by Jack Wesson Architects and the remodeled historic home and historic cabin — known as the "Holly House" — received a Town of Telluride Award for Rehabilitation & Restoration. The project was completed in 2018.
The project included:
• 470 West Colorado Avenue, a fully renovated historic 3,000 s.f. single-family residence
• 480 West Colorado Avenue, a single-family residence
• 114 South Townsend Avenue, a fully renovated historic residence, that was listed by Telluride Real Estate Corp. for $5.3 million and sold pre-completion. Known as the "Holly House," the five-bedroom, 3,200 s.f. home features the classic Victorian facade of the original home, built in 1890.
• Two historic sheds and one historic cabin, fully renovated and stabilized
