Finbro Construction is honored to have been selected as the general contractor for the historic First National Bank or Nugget Building remodel on Telluride's main steet. This building is the fifth highest rated historic building in the state of Colorado. The project includes re-creating the original tower that was removed shortly after it was built due to structural failures, as well as rebuilding the parapet cap that originally wrapped around the roof of the building.
Finbro Construction has been instrumental in identifying solutions and structural systems that will allow this work to be done without impacting the existing structure. As part of this process, Finbro recently built a mock-up of the parapet cap and craned that into place for review by ownership and the design team.
